TSA provide design services in all disciplines, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, controls, data, power, lighting, security, lifts and drainage installations.

We have extensive design experience in new-build and refurbishment projects including Airport facilities, Banks, Data Centres, Industrial premises, Leisure Centres, Local Authority buildings, Offices, Pharmaceutical, Residential, Retail, and Schools.

Our services cover initial feasibility, option appraisal, performance testing to design and specification production, tender analysis, cost control, CDM-Coordination, Project Management, Cost Control, handover, commissioning and defect inspections.

We work with your Design Team members producing integrated CAD files from Architectural x-refs or produce autonomous drawings showing the entire services installation.

We undertake quality control inspections, witness the completed installation and review record information.
